English-speaking childbirth preparation course with midwife Lisianne starting on June 2, 2026, and taking place Tuesday evenings at 18:30 over six sessions.
During the course, we will explore the physiological process of birth, different birthing positions, and practice body awareness and breathing techniques to support you during labour. We will also cover essential topics such as breastfeeding, the postpartum period, and important administrative procedures related to having a baby in Germany.
You are welcome to join excactly as you are – ideally in comfortable clothing that allows free movement and sitting on the floor.
The course will be covered by your insurance for the person giving birth. A partner fee is offered on a sliding scale between €150 and €190, allowing each participant to contribute according to their financial possibilities. No questions will be asked 🙂
