DESCRIPTION:English-speaking childbirth preparation course with midwife Lis
 ianne starting on June 2\, 2026\, and taking place Tuesday evenings at 18:
 30 over six sessions.\n\nDuring the course\, we will explore the physiolog
 ical process of birth\, different birthing positions\, and practice body a
 wareness and breathing techniques to support you during labour. We will al
 so cover essential topics such as breastfeeding\, the postpartum period\, 
 and important administrative procedures related to having a baby in German
 y.\n\nYou are welcome to join excactly as you are – ideally in comfortab
 le clothing that allows free movement and sitting on the floor.\n\nThe cou
 rse will be covered by your insurance for the person giving birth. A partn
 er fee is offered on a sliding scale between €150 and €190\, allowing 
 each participant to contribute according to their financial possibilities.
